Shipping policy
Shipping Charges:
- All prices include logistics and shipping costs.
- For large orders, shipping charges may increase based on volumetric weight and the shipping destination.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Order Processing:
- Once an order is placed on our website, it will be processed and dispatched within our working hours upon order confirmation.
- Orders will be shipped from India, and delivery may take approximately 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination within the USA.
- Delivery timelines may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances or delays caused by customs clearance.
Delivery Guidelines:
- Ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
- If the address is incomplete or incorrect, the customer will need to coordinate with the delivery partner to facilitate successful delivery.
- Delivery personnel will attempt delivery at least two times. If:
- The recipient is unavailable,
- The address is incomplete or incorrect, or
- The provided contact number is unreachable,
the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
Return to Origin (RTO):
- If an order is marked as RTO and returned to us, we will initiate a refund as per our Refund Policy.
- Once an order is marked RTO, it cannot be re-delivered. Customers wishing to repurchase the items must place a new order on the website.
Early Delivery:
- Early or expedited delivery services are not currently available.
Shelf Life of Products:
- The shelf life of each product is specified on the product label.
Expiration Date Compliance:
As per Indian regulations, the "Best Before" or "Use By Date, Month, and Year" is mentioned on product labels and is applicable for products shipped from India.
